Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Voyselle (voyselle.com) is a registered business name of Muhammed Mehdi Gokbulut, a sole trader based in South Australia (ABN 63 907 128 704). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Voyselle, and "you" means the person using it.

By creating an account or using Voyselle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Voyselle.

2. What Voyselle does

Voyselle uses artificial intelligence to write Etsy listing titles, descriptions and tags from the product details you give it, in a style based on the writing sample you provide.

Voyselle is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

3. Your account

• You sign in with an emailed link or with your Google account. Keep access to that email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in to Voyselle as you.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Voyselle.
• One account per person. Please don't create extra accounts to get more free listings.

4. Listings and plans

• What counts as a listing. One listing is one product's title, description and tags. Regenerating a listing uses another one. A bulk run uses one listing per product.
• Free listings. Every new account gets 3 free listings, with no card needed. They are a one-off allowance and don't reset each month.
• Paid plans. Paid plans give you a set number of listings each billing month. Current plans and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Unused listings don't carry over to the next month.
• Fair use. To keep Voyselle running smoothly for everyone, there is a limit on how many requests one account can make in an hour.

5. Payment and renewal

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
• We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is included in our prices.
• Your plan renews automatically every month on the same date and you are charged at the start of each billing month, until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will try again over the following days. If the payment still can't be collected, your paid plan may end and your account goes back to the free tier.
• You can switch plans at any time from Manage billing in the app. The billing page shows any price difference before you confirm.
• If we raise a plan's price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Manage billing in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the billing month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. After that, your account goes back to the free tier. Free listings you've already used aren't restored.

7. Your content and AI-generated listings

• What you put in. You keep ownership of the writing samples and product details you enter. You give us permission to use them only to provide Voyselle to you, which includes sending them to our AI provider to generate your listings. Only enter content you have the right to use.
• What comes out. As between you and us, the listings Voyselle generates for you are yours to use.
• Check before you publish. AI can get things wrong. It may describe a product inaccurately or produce wording that breaks Etsy's rules or the law. You are responsible for reading and editing every listing before you publish it, and for making sure your listings are accurate and follow Etsy's policies.
• Similar inputs can produce similar outputs, so we can't promise that a listing will be unique.

8. Acceptable use

Please don't use Voyselle to:

• break the law, or write listings for illegal, counterfeit or prohibited items;
• infringe anyone else's copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• write listings that are deliberately false or misleading;
• get around usage limits, for example by creating several accounts;
• resell or share access to your account, or use automated tools to send large volumes of requests;
• interfere with, probe or attack the service or its security.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Unless the situation is serious or urgent, we'll contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Voyselle available and working well, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. It relies on outside providers such as our AI provider and hosting company. We may improve or change features over time.

If we ever shut Voyselle down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and refund the unused part of any billing month you've paid for.

10. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights, or any other rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

11. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows:

• if Voyselle doesn't meet a consumer guarantee, our responsibility is limited to supplying the service again or paying you the cost of having it supplied again;
• we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales or profits, or problems with your Etsy shop, including problems caused by a listing you published without checking it;
• our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them to.

12. Closing your account

You can stop using Voyselle at any time. To have your account deleted, email us at hello@voyselle.com. Please cancel any paid plan first. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change significantly affects you, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you don't agree.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia. This doesn't take away any rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
